every set is hand-numbered and packed flat in a rigid mailer, so your print arrives exactly as it left the studio.

we do not hold stock. your set is prepared for you once your order is placed.

dispatch

sets are dispatched within 5 to 7 working days of the edition closing. we write to you the moment yours is on its way.

please give a complete, correct address at checkout. a set returned for an incorrect address is re-posted at cost.

carriers & timelines

india, blue dart eCom air, 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

international, dhl express, 5 to 14 working days after dispatch, by destination.

timelines are the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee.

customs & duties

international sets ship delivered-duty-unpaid (ddu). any import duty or tax charged by the destination country is the recipient's responsibility.

we cannot predict or reimburse these charges.

lost or damaged in transit

if your set arrives damaged, or does not arrive, write to us within 7 days of the delivery estimate with your order number and photos.

we will replace the set or refund it in full.
